So the problem with Alternations solitaire is that there seems to be a lot of disagreement over the rules. It is a fairly simple Klondike-like game, with two decks and eight foundations. The alternating face up and face down cards doesn't seem to be a big deal -- just a way for you to see some of the cards coming up in a tableau pile.
But the disagreement comes over how to build up the tableau. Some games allow you to build regardless of suit. Others allow you to build only by alternating colors.
So I implemented both. The alternating colors rule is the default, but you can change it in the settings. Going with the option of any suit makes the game much more winnable, though.
Just for the heck of it, I through in an option for building only by suit in the tableau. That should make the game very very hard to win.
