The Problem: Sometimes a player using the Firefox browser will find that a single game at Just Solitaire stops working for them. There have been dozens of reports over the last year, on both Windows and Mac. The one thing that all players have in common is that they are using Firefox. More Information: Some of the more detailed reports state that all of the games work, except one. For instance, Klondike may not work, but all other solitaire games still work. The ads and information on the left appear, but nothing appears on the right where the game should be. In some cases players have reported that the game used to work, but stopped suddenly. You can try playing the games by clicking the logo at the top of the screen and trying some of them out. Fixing the Problem: Even stranger, we cannot seem to recreate the problem here. No matter how many times we play the games on how many different computers, the problem doesn't seem to happen. If we could only re-create the problem here, then we can diagnose and fix it.
