This is a game I've been meaning to work on for a long time. If you have ever played cribbage you know that it is an interesting game to score. You get points for pairs, for instance, but if you have three 7s then you get those points three times as there are three different sets of pairs when you have three of the same card. Plus you get the points for having three-of-a-kind, or Prial as they call it.
In Cribbage Solitaire you play like in Poker Solitaire. But with a four-by-four grid. That creates eight hands in the end, one for each row and column. The last card dealt is show and acts as a part of each of those eight hands.
When building the game I had some code output the entire tally of the game on the right side of the screen. It wasn't meant to be a part of the game, but I liked it so much I left it in there. So you can see exactly how the final score is tallied. As a result, it is great practice for playing real cribbage. In fact, you become an expert at scoring cribbage pretty fast by playing this game.
